Ashlea is a former collegiate goaltender who played four years at The College of St. Scholastica and one season at Concordia Moorhead. She has coached with OS Hockey and currently is a goalie coach at Hoist Hockey and with the Concordia Moorhead women’s hockey program, specializing in goaltender development with a focus on both technical skills and mental performance.

The camp is open to female goalies ages 10–18, regardless of skill level. We create training groups to ensure appropriate challenge and development for all participants.
We limit the camp to just 12 goalies to ensure a 1:3 goalie-to-coach ratio, providing maximum individual attention and personalized instruction.
The camp includes 8 on-ice training sessions, off-ice development (VR training, mobility work, hand-eye drills), mindset and confidence training, and instruction from an all-female coaching staff led by Concordia goalies.
Each day runs from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and includes two ice sessions (9:00–10:00 AM and 12:15–1:00 PM), off-ice training (10:30–11:30 AM), and a break (11:30–11:50 AM).

Goalies should bring their full goalie equipment for on-ice sessions, athletic wear for off-ice training, water bottle, snacks, and a positive attitude ready to learn and improve.
The camp is directed by Ashlea Arvidson, Director of E.R.M. Goaltending and Concordia College Women's Goalie Coach. She is joined by assistant coaches Haileeann Bailey, Maggie Seeley, and Abby Huselid, all from Concordia College.
The camp registration fee is $500, which covers all four days of training, both on-ice and off-ice sessions, and instruction from our experienced coaching staff.
